This emulsifier is readily soluble in water, featuring excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties. It is particularly suitable for producing various O/W type amino silicone oils (amine value 0.1-0.6) microemulsions, with advantages such as easy operation, strong emulsifying power, and good emulsifying dispersion stability. It is currently an amino silicone oil emulsifier with superior comprehensive performance in the market.
- AMM is suitable for low to medium viscosity silicone oils (viscosity ≤6000cp).
- AMH is suitable for high viscosity silicone oils (viscosity ≤50000cp).
- Add emulsifier and amino silicone oil into the emulsification kettle according to the required solid content. Example: 10 parts emulsifier, 20 parts amino silicone oil.
- Stir to mix uniformly, add 0.15 parts acetic acid and 5 parts water, stir for 20-30 minutes.
- Slowly add 20 parts water dropwise, stir for 30 minutes, then dilute with 20 parts water and stir for 10-20 minutes until a uniform emulsion forms.
- Add 0.15 parts acetic acid to adjust pH to 5.5-6.0, dilute with 25 parts water, stir for 10-20 minutes until a uniform emulsion is obtained.
- Sample for inspection (appearance should be transparent liquid), filter, and package.
- Packaging: 200Kg iron drums, 20Kg or 50Kg plastic drums.
- Storage & Transportation: Store and transport as general chemicals.
- Shelf Life: 2 years. Store in a dry, ventilated place.
