    Product Introduction

    Technical Norm

    • Appearance: Milky white paste to solid
    • Cloud Point: 80-88℃ (5% NaCl solution)
    • pH Value: 5.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution)

    Performance and Application

    This product is soluble in water and exhibits excellent emulsifying, cleaning, wetting, and leveling properties.


    • Textile Dyeing & Printing: Used as a leveling agent with good scouring performance, enhancing dye fastness and producing vibrant, attractive colors.
    • Metal Processing: Serves as an emulsifying detergent, effectively removing mineral oil stains from metal surfaces to facilitate subsequent processing.
    • Chemical Fiber & Wool Spinning: Functions as textile finishing oil and raw wool detergent.
    • Electroplating Industry: Acts as a key component of high-temperature electroplating brighteners.
    • General Industry: Works as an emulsifier with strong emulsifying capacity for mineral and vegetable oils, forming stable emulsions.

    Packaging and Storage

    • Packaging: 200Kg iron drums or 50Kg plastic drums.
    • Storage & Transportation: Store and transport as general chemicals.
    • Shelf Life: 2 years. Store in a dry, ventilated place.
