    PERFORMANCE AND APPLICATIONS OF AR-812

    Performance Characteristics:


    1. Exhibits excellent softness, antistatic properties, and good emulsifying, dispersing, and lubricating abilities.
    2. Suitable for soft finishing of various fibers, imparting a plump, smooth, and soft hand feel to fabrics while maintaining good water absorption.
    3. Cold water-soluble, easily dispersible in water to form a low-foam emulsion.
    4. Recommended to prepare a 10% emulsion for standby use, which can be diluted with water in any proportion during application.


    Application Methods:
    (1) Dipping Method:


    • Dosage: 1–3% (o.w.f)
    • pH Value: 4–6
    • Temperature: 40–50℃
    • Time: 20–30 minutes
    • Bath Ratio: 1:10–20


    (2) Padding Method:


    • Dosage: 20–60g/L
    • pH Value: 4–6
    • Padding Rate: 60–80%
    • Drying: 110–130℃

    PACKAGING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION OF AR-812

    • Packaging: Packed in 50kg plastic drums.
    • Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated place.
    • Transportation: Non-flammable, handle as general chemicals.
    • Shelf Life: 6 months.
