    Emulsifier OS-15 Technical Norms

    Physical & Chemical Indicators

    • Appearance: Milky white paste to solid
    • Cloud Point: 80–88℃ (5% NaCl solution)
    • pH Value: 5.0–7.0 (1% aqueous solution)

    Performance and Applications

    • Solubility & Properties:
      • Soluble in water, with excellent emulsifying, cleaning, wetting, and leveling capabilities.
    • Industrial Applications:
      • Textile Dyeing:
        • Functions as a leveling agent, improving dye penetration and color fastness.
        • Enhances scouring performance during fabric pretreatment.
      • Metal Processing:
        • Used as an emulsifying cleaner to remove mineral oil contaminants from metal surfaces, preparing for subsequent processing steps.
      • Chemical Fiber & Wool Spinning:
        • Acts as a textile oil agent and raw wool detergent.
      • Electroplating:
        • Serves as a key component in high-temperature electroplating brighteners.
      • General Industry:
        • Effective emulsifier for mineral and vegetable oils, producing stable emulsions.

    • Packaging: 200 kg iron drums or 50 kg plastic drums.
    • Storage & Transportation: Non-flammable. Store and transport as general chemicals.
    • Storage Conditions: Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area.
