AC1830 Performance and Applications

1. Textile Dyeing & Printing Industry:
   • Detergent & Emulsifier: Removes oil stains, sizing agents, and impurities from fabrics, ensuring clean surfaces for dyeing.
   • Dispersant & Desizing Agent: Prevents pigment aggregation and effectively removes starch-based sizes, improving dye absorption.
   • Antistatic Agent & Softener: Reduces static electricity during spinning and weaving, while enhancing fabric softness and smoothness.
2. Viscose Processing Optimization:
   • Added to Viscose Stock:
     • Improves stock filterability, reducing blockages in spinnerets and minimizing maintenance.
     • Enhances anti-filament properties, decreasing fiber breakage and improving spinning efficiency.
   • Alkalization Process:
     • Significantly reduces power consumption during alkali treatment, optimizing energy efficiency.
     • Promotes loose structure of alkali fibers, ensuring uniform chemical reaction and better quality.
3. Industrial Compatibility:
   • Soluble in water and organic solvents, compatible with anionic, nonionic surfactants, and various processing auxiliaries.
   • Stable in wide pH range, suitable for both acidic and alkaline processes.

Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: 200 kg iron drums or 50 kg plastic drums.
• Storage & Transportation: Non-flammable. Store and transport as general chemicals.
• Storage Conditions: Keep in a dry, ventilated area away from moisture and direct sunlight, at temperatures below 40℃.
• Shelf Life: 2 years under recommended storage conditions.
