    HEL-20 Performance and Applications

    1. Solubility & Properties:
      • Soluble in most organic solvents, forms dispersions in water.
      • Excellent emulsifying and dispersing capabilities.
    2. Textile Industry:
      • Spinning Oil Agent: Key component for synthetic fibers (polyester, polyacrylonitrile, PVA), providing emulsification and antistatic effects to soften and lubricate yarns, reducing breakage.
      • Sizing Agent: Improves softness and smoothness of sized yarns; eliminates foam in synthetic sizing solutions.
    3. Petroleum Industry:
      • Demulsifier for crude oil dehydration, featuring low coking tendency at high temperatures.
    4. Pharmaceutical Industry:
      • Emulsifier for topical preparations (liniments, creams, lotions).
