Fatty Alcohol Ether Phosphate MOA-3P, Potassium Fatty Alcohol Ether Phosphate MOA-3PK, Fatty Alcohol Ether Phosphate MOA-9P
  1. Key Properties:
    • Excellent water solubility, detergency, emulsification, lubrication, cleaning, dispersion, antistatic, and rust-proof properties.
    • Superior electrolyte compatibility, stability against heat and alkalis. Resistant to acids, alkalis, hard water, inorganic salts, and high temperatures.
    • Good biodegradability, low irritation, and strong degreasing ability.
  2. Antistatic & Textile Applications:
    • Provides antistatic, smoothing, and wetting properties, used as a raw material to improve spinnability in synthetic fiber processing.
    • Hygroscopic, maintaining good antistatic performance at low temperatures; widely used as an antistatic agent in chemical fiber oil agents.
    • Used in industrial alkaline cleaners, dry cleaning agents, metal working fluids, organophosphate pesticide emulsifiers, and main components of textile oil agents.
  3. Industrial Auxiliaries:
    • Acts as a good cosolvent, emulsion polymerization emulsifier, pigment dispersant, cosmetic emulsifier, oil well drilling mud lubricant dispersant, and paper industry de-inking agent.
    • Functions as a degreaser and leveling agent in the leather industry.
  4. Household & Cosmetic Applications:
    • Excellent detergency for formulating efficient and non-toxic cleaners.
    • Widely used in daily chemical industry as a main component in shampoo and various cosmetics.

  1. Key Properties:
    • Resistant to strong alkalis, with good cleaning ability in concentrated alkalis; easily soluble in organic solvents and water.
    • Strong antistatic, emulsifying, smoothing, and softening properties.
  2. Applications:
    • Used as a washing enhancer, dry cleaning agent, emulsifier in metal cleaners, emulsifier for emulsion polymerization, and emulsifier in pesticide and cosmetic production.
    • Functions as a corrosion inhibitor and antistatic agent.

    • Anionic type, often compounded with anionic, non-ionic, and amphoteric ions. Excellent cold resistance, soluble in organic solvents, resistant to acids, alkalis, and high temperatures.
    • Excellent detergency, emulsification, wetting, dispersion, and antistatic properties with strong degreasing ability.

  • Excellent antistatic, smoothing, and softening properties; improves fiber hygroscopicity and adjusts dynamic friction coefficient between fibers.
Lauryl Phosphate MA24P, Potassium Lauryl Phosphate MA24PK
  1. Mild & Safe Properties:
    • Structure similar to natural phospholipids, extremely mild, almost non-irritating to skin and eyes; ideal cream emulsifier.
  2. Emulsification & Detergency:
    • Excellent emulsification, solubilization, and dispersion; can emulsify various oil phases including silicone oil.
    • Low surface tension, rich and fine foam, moderate detergency; produces rich, creamy foam, easy to rinse, leaving skin fresh and non-tight.
  3. Moisturizing & Antistatic:
    • Provides soft, smooth, and refreshing feelings during skin cleaning; obvious antistatic and softening effects, suitable for shampoo, hair care additives, and fabric fiber finishing agents.
  4. Chemical Stability & Biodegradability:
    • Resistant to acids, alkalis, and salts; decomposes <10% under pH=2 for 12 months, stable in neutral or slightly acidic conditions.
    • Good biodegradability, decomposing into CO₂ and phosphate ions (e.g., didecyl phosphate degrades ~100% within 10-15 days).
  5. Toxicity & Applications:
    • Low toxicity (LD50 for mice: 74000 mg/kg, LC50 for fish: 3400~12800 mg/kg).
    • Main uses: Formulating foam facial cleansers, shower gels, shampoos, hand soaps, and mild baby care products (one of the main ingredients in Kao Biore facial cleanser).
    • Formulation notes: Add water hardness agents (e.g., EDTA) or hard water-resistant surfactants (e.g., sulfobetaine) to improve hard water resistance.
    • Recommended dosage: Foam facial cleanser: 10~50%, shower gel: 8~15%.
