Specific Applications by Type
Bis(β-hydroxyethyl) Coconut Amine (B1):
Internal antistatic agent for polypropylene (PP) and ABS.
Antistatic and preservative for steam generation and circulation systems.
Bis(β-hydroxyethyl) Stearyl Amine (B2):
Specialized plastic antistatic agent for polystyrene (PS) and styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN). Features excellent compatibility, heat resistance, stability, and non-toxicity. Used in packaging films, plastic containers, mining pipes, polypropylene fibers, etc.
Example: Adding 0.25 parts (with 55% excipients) to 100 parts of HDPE for mining pipes achieves a surface resistance of 10⁸Ω, meeting safety standards.
Used in washing machine drums (0.3-0.5%) to prevent dirt adhesion. Also functions as a corrosion-resistant oil emulsifier.
Bis(β-hydroxyethyl) Tallow Amine (B3):
Internal Antistatic Agent for Polyethylene (PE): Recommended dosage: 0.5-2% by weight. Ideal for PE films, pipes, and molded products.

Packaging: 200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic drums.
Storage & Transportation: Handle as general chemicals. Store in a dry, ventilated area.
