JFC-5 readily dissolves in water to form a clear, transparent solution. It is heat-resistant, acid/alkali-resistant, metal salt-resistant, and chlorine-resistant. It has no affinity for various fibers.
Textile Industry: Used as a penetrant in sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, carbonizing, and chlorination processes. Also serves as a penetration aid in dyeing and finishing baths.
Leather Industry: Functions as a penetrant for leather coatings.
Chemical Fiber Processing: Used for scouring synthetic fabrics, with strong detergency.
Recommended Dosages
Wool Scouring: 1.5~2.0% of wool weight
Penetration: 2~6g/L in bath solution
Desizing: Approximately 0.2% of solution volume
Wool Carbonizing: 1~1.5g/L in bath solution
Synthetic Fiber Scouring: 3~6g/L in bath solution

Packaging: 200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic drums
Storage & Transportation: Store and transport as general chemicals.
Storage Conditions: Keep in a dry, ventilated place.
