Performance and Applications of NP-10

1. Properties:
   • NP-10 is readily soluble in water and possesses excellent emulsifying and detergency capabilities, serving as an important component of synthetic detergents.
2. Applications:
   • Detergent Formulation: Capable of preparing various detergents with strong cleaning power for animal, vegetable, and mineral oils.
   • Synthetic Fiber Industry:
     • As a component of spinning oils, it exhibits emulsifying properties and antistatic effects.
     • Used as a softener in synthetic fiber short fiber blend sizing to enhance film smoothness and elasticity, with the emulsion providing protective effects for colloids.
   • Industrial Emulsification: Functions as an emulsifier in general industries, forming stable emulsions; also used as a preservative, wetting agent, and battery corrosion inhibitor.
   • Printing & Dyeing Industry: Acts as a leveling, diffusing, wetting, and washing aid, demonstrating excellent efficiency.
   • Wool Dyeing: Serves as a leveling agent in low-temperature wool dyeing processes.
   • Pesticide, Pharmaceutical & Rubber Industries: Used as an emulsifier.
   • Construction Industry: Emulsifies asphalt and is a key component of water-based metal cleaning agents.
   • Oil Field Applications: Functions as a wetting agent, foaming agent, and mud activity treatment agent.

Packaging and Storage of NP-10

• Packaging:
  • 200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic drums for liquid form.
  • 20kg woven bags for solid slices after molding.
• Storage and Transportation:
  • Non-flammable; stored and transported as general chemicals.
  • Keep in a dry, ventilated place.
• Shelf Life: 2 years.
