OP-7 is easily soluble in oils and other organic solvents, and disperses in water. It has excellent emulsifying properties, commonly used as a W/O (oil-in-water) emulsifier in industrial applications.
Applications:
Used as a cleaning agent in textile and metal processing industries.
Serves as a scouring agent for polyacrylonitrile fibers.
Functions as a leveling agent for cationic dyes.
Can also be used as an antistatic agent for plastic conveyor belts.
Packaging and Storage of OP-7
Packaging: Emulsifier OP-7 is packaged in 200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic drums.
Storage and Transportation: Non-flammable; stored and transported as general chemicals. Keep in a dry and ventilated place.
