Appearance: Milky white to pale yellow solid
pH Value: 5.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Purity: ≥99%

Performance and Application

This product is soluble in hot water and common organic solvents, featuring excellent emulsifying and lubricating properties.

It shows good emulsifying effect on palm wax.

Preparation Method (for reference):

Add the emulsifier (dosage: 25% of palm wax) to palm wax, mix, and heat to melt.
Pour hot water at 80-90℃ into the mixture, stir evenly, keep warm for 20-30 minutes, and cool to obtain a blue-tinged concentrated emulsion.
The solid content of the wax emulsion is generally 20-30%.
