PERFORMANCE AND APPLICATIONS OF H-EA

Soft Finishing for Fabrics:
Suitable for soft finishing of cotton, linen, and wool yarns and fabrics, endowing fabrics with excellent softness and elasticity.
Post-Processing Applications:
Effective in post-finishing of various textiles such as denim, washed fabrics, wool sweaters, and towels, achieving soft and fluffy effects.
Low Yellowing Advantage:
Exhibits lower yellowing tendency compared to conventional cationic softeners.

APPLICATION METHODS OF H-EA

1. Cold Dissolution Process:

Take 6–10% H-EA flakes and gradually add to water at ~30°C.
Allow uniform dispersion, stand for 1–2 hours, then stir at low speed to form a homogeneous slurry.

2. Warm Dissolution Process:

Add 6–10% H-EA flakes to room-temperature water under stirring.
Heat to 50–60°C, stop heating, and stir until a uniform slurry is obtained.

3. Padding Application:

Dosage: 2–3 g/L
Optimal temperature: 40–50°C
Process: Two-dip two-roll or one-dip one-roll.

4. Dipping Application:

Dosage: 0.5–0.8% (o.w.f)
Optimal temperature: 50–60°C
Treatment time: 15–30 minutes.

PACKAGING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Packaging: 20 kg woven bag.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, protected from rain.
Transportation: Handle as general chemicals.
Shelf Life: 2 years.
