Widely used in the production of water-based inks, liquid shoe polish, and metal release agents.
3. WOOD-BASED PANEL INDUSTRY
In fiberboard and particleboard manufacturing, emulsified wax replaces paraffin waterproofing agents, significantly reducing costs.
4. PAPERMAKING INDUSTRY
Replacing rosin size with emulsified wax improves paper quality while lowering production costs.
5. AGRICULTURE & HORTICULTURE
As a preservative for fruits and vegetables, preventing aging, drought, cold damage, and sunburn.
Prolongs the lifespan of cut flowers when applied after water immersion.
6. SPECIALIZED INDUSTRIAL USES
Lubricant in ceramic production; polishing agent for plastics and automobiles.
High-performance release agent for polyurethane and other specialized industries.
When added to leather finishing agents, enhances waxiness and brightness; in color pastes, improves leveling and prevents thermal stickiness of coatings.
7. TEXTILE INDUSTRY
Functions as a softener and sizing assistant for polyester/cotton, polyester/viscose (acrylic), cotton, and pure synthetic fiber fabrics.
Uniformly penetrates yarns to form a polyethylene oxide film, imparting soft and smooth hand feel.
Improves fabric physical properties (reduces wear, enhances tear resistance), increases crease recovery angle, and is compatible with resin finishing agents and additives without affecting color fastness to rubbing or wet washing.
8. ADHESIVE PRODUCTION
Dosage: 10–30 g/L
Process: Two-dip two-roll, pre-drying, curing at 130–180℃

Packaging: 50kg plastic drums.
Storage: Store in a dry, ventilated area.
