    PERFORMANCE & APPLICATIONS OF WEAK CATIONIC SOFTENER FLAKES 801

    Properties:


    1. Exhibits excellent softening, antistatic, emulsifying, dispersing, and lubricating properties.
    2. Suitable for soft finishing of various fiber fabrics, imparting plump, smooth, and soft hand feel with good water absorbency.
    3. Soluble in both cold and hot water, easily dispersible into low-foam emulsions.
    4. Recommended to prepare an 8–10% emulsion for dilution before use.


    Application Methods:
    (1) Dipping Process:


    • Dosage: 1–3% (o.w.f, on weight of fabric)
    • pH: 4–6
    • Temperature: 40–50°C
    • Time: 20–30 minutes
    • Bath Ratio: 1:10–20


    (2) Padding Process:


    • Dosage: 20–60 g/L
    • pH: 4–6
    • Padding Rate: 60–80%
    • Drying: 110–130°C

    PACKAGING, STORAGE & TRANSPORTATION

    • Packaging: 20 kg woven bag.
    • Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated area.
    • Transportation: Non-flammable. Handle as general chemical.
    • Shelf Life: 6 months.
