    PERFORMANCE AND APPLICATIONS OF SOFTENER PASTE

    Performance Characteristics:


    1. The softener paste features excellent softness, antistatic properties, as well as good emulsifying, dispersing and lubricating capabilities.
    2. Suitable for soft finishing of various fibers, it imparts plump, smooth and soft hand feel to fabrics, along with good water absorbency.
    3. Cold water-soluble, it easily disperses in water to form low-foam emulsion.
    4. It is recommended to prepare a 10% emulsion for standby, which can be diluted with water at any ratio during use.


    Application Methods:
    (1) Dipping Method:


    • Dosage: 1–3% (o.w.f, on weight of fabric)
    • pH Value: 4–6
    • Temperature: 40–50℃
    • Time: 20–30 minutes
    • Bath Ratio: 1:10–20


    (2) Padding Method:


    • Dosage: 20–60g/L
    • pH Value: 4–6
    • Padding Rate: 60–80%
    • Drying Temperature: 110–130℃

    PACKAGING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

    • Packaging: Packed in 50kg plastic drums.
    • Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated place.
    • Transportation: Non-flammable, stored and transported as general chemicals.
    • Shelf Life: 6 months.
