Usage and Dosage
Application:
High-performance cationic amide-based slow-breaking & quick-setting asphalt emulsifier, primarily for slurry seal lower seal coats (not suitable for micro-surfacing).
Dosage & Operation:
18 kg per ton of emulsified asphalt (no acid adjustment required).
Operable at emulsified asphalt temperature of 30℃, applicable in outdoor temperatures above 0℃.
Advantages:
Low cost due to minimal dosage and no acid adjustment; eco-friendly and energy-efficient.
Recommend laboratory testing before construction to account for variations in aggregate, asphalt grade, and water temperature.
