Temperature Parameters:
Water: 65–75℃; Asphalt: 120–140℃ (170–180℃ for SBS-modified asphalt).
Asphalt:Water ratio = 5:5.
Preparation Instructions:
70#–100# Heavy Traffic Asphalt: Add 8–10 kg of emulsifier per ton of finished emulsion (not per ton of water). Mix thoroughly in a stirred tank.
SBS-Modified Asphalt: Use 16–20 kg of emulsifier per ton of finished emulsion. Maintain higher asphalt temperature (170–180℃).
Storage Recommendation:
For long-term storage, increase emulsifier dosage slightly and agitate 2–3 hours daily.
Equipment Cleaning:
If switching from anionic to cationic emulsifiers, clean equipment thoroughly with cationic emulsifier before production.

Packaging: 50 kg net weight plastic drums.
Storage Conditions: Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
