B1 Performance and Applications

• This series of products is soluble in common organic solvents and forms a colloid in water.

Applications

• Antistatic Agent, Emulsifier, Rewetting Agent, Lubricant: Used as additives for insecticides, herbicides, and spinning oils, as well as textile lubricants.
• Emulsifier for Water-based Inks and Cosmetics:

Specific Applications by Type

• Bis(β-hydroxyethyl) Coconut Amine (B1):
  • Internal antistatic agent for polypropylene (PP) and ABS.
  • Antistatic agent and preservative for steam generation and circulation systems.
• Bis(β-hydroxyethyl) Stearyl Amine (B2):
  • Special antistatic agent for plastics, used as internal antistatic agent for polystyrene (PS) and polystyrene-acrylonitrile (PS-AN). Features excellent compatibility, heat resistance, stability, and significant non-toxicity. Mainly applied in packaging films, daily plastic containers, mine plastic pipes, and polypropylene fibers.
  • Example: Adding 0.25 parts of this product (with 55% auxiliary materials) to 100 parts of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) for mine pipes ensures surface resistance stable at 10⁸Ω, meeting technical requirements for mine pipes.
  • Adding 0.3-0.5% of this product to polypropylene (PP) resin for washing machine inner tanks prevents dirt adhesion and facilitates cleaning.
  • Also used as an anti-corrosive oil emulsifier.
• Bis(β-hydroxyethyl) Tallow Amine (B3):
  • Internal antistatic agent for polyethylene (PE), with a dosage of 0.5-2%.

B1 Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: 200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic drums.
• Storage & Transportation: Store and transport as general chemicals.
• Storage Conditions: Keep in a dry, ventilated place.
• Shelf Life: 2 years.
