Cloud Point: 40~50℃ (1% aqueous solution).
Performance and Applications
Readily soluble in water, with excellent penetration performance. Penetration is not affected above the cloud point.
Textile Industry
Used as a penetrant in sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, carbonizing, and other processes.
Serves as a penetration aid in dyeing baths and finishing baths.
Leather Industry
Functions as a penetrant and degreaser.
Wool Processing
Exhibits strong wool scouring ability, easily removing various oil stains while maintaining soft hand feel.
Applications:
Penetration: Used in textile, printing, dyeing, and finishing processes where anionic penetrants are unsuitable, with a general dosage of 1~5g/L.
Desizing: When combined with biological enzyme desizing (for starch size), JFC accelerates desizing, typically at 0.1% of the liquid weight.
Chemical Fiber Scouring: Adding 2~5g/L JFC and 5g/L sodium chloride to the scouring solution for acetate fibers and other synthetic fibers improves scouring efficiency.
Wool Washing: JFC effectively scours wool without residue, yellowing, or defects, leaving fibers soft. It can be used in neutral, alkaline, or acidic environments, alone or with soap in hard water, preferably at 40~50℃.
Wool Carbonizing: Adding 0.5~1g/L JFC shortens carbonizing time, reduces acid consumption, and enhances carbonizing effect.

Packaging: 200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic drums.
Storage & Transportation: Store and transport as general chemicals.
