Appearance: Colorless to light yellow viscous liquid (visual inspection at 25℃).
pH Value: 5.0~7.0 (1% aqueous solution).
Cloud Point: 40~50℃ (1% aqueous solution).
Penetration Power: ≤60 seconds (0.1% aqueous solution), ≥100% of the standard product (JFC).
Performance and Applications of JFC
Dyeing & Printing Auxiliary: Used for removing floating colors from printed fabrics with reactive or disperse dyes. It can be applied at low temperatures to avoid staining the white background of fabrics, with a general dosage of 0.1~0.5g/L.
Oil Stain Removal: Effective for scrubbing oil stains on finished products, especially for removing oil spots on silk products.
Dye Bath Dispersant: Used as a dispersant in dye baths with disperse or vat dyes, preferably at 0.1~0.5g/L.
Acrylic Fiber Pretreatment: Applied in the pretreatment of acrylic fibers to remove oil stains at 50℃, with a dosage of 0.8~1g/L.
High-pressure Dyeing for Acrylic-wool Blends: Used in the high-pressure bath dyeing process for acrylic-wool blended fabrics, generally at about 0.5%.
Optimal Performance: The detergency of JFC is best at 40℃. When used as an emulsifier, the dosage is 10% of the weight of the oil to be emulsified.
Packaging and Storage of JFC
Packaging: 200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic drums.
Storage & Transportation: Store and transport as general chemicals.
Storage Conditions: Keep in a dry, ventilated place.
